Our approach to AI Ethics

It is important to have an AI ethics policy to ensure that technology companies are clear about who trains their AI systems, what data was used in that training and, most importantly, what went into their algorithms’ recommendations.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients and ensuring that our AI systems are transparent and explainable. We believe that technology companies need to be clear about who trains their AI systems, what data was used in that training and, most importantly, what went into their algorithms’ recommendations.

This is a paramount priority for our business, both in terms of our policies and the technology we construct.

This is why we are a part of the Content Authenticity Initiative, which was launched by Adobe in 2019.

"The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure that AI does not amplify or scale human biases at an unprecedented rate." - Founders, Finley AI

Our Principles:

1. We will protect the privacy of our clients and their data.

2. We will ensure that our AI systems are transparent and explainable.

3. We will be clear about who trains our AI systems, what data was used in that training and what went into our algorithms’ recommendations.

4. We will support workers in the transition to new job roles created by AI.

5. We will not use AI to replace human intelligence, but rather to support and augment it.
